Replacing a back tooth with an implant

The missing tooth (first back tooth at the bottom right) as viewed from above.

The gums are cuts open to allow for access to the bone.

The gums are than moved to the side and the bone becomes visible.

A hole is drilled carefully to allow for insertion of the implant.
